Founded in 1987 to sponsor the Sheridan-Kalorama Historical District
nomination. Its purpose is to protect the character of the neighborhood
by encouraging architectural, cultural, and historic preservation. The
Association hopes to combat deterioration and enhance the progress and general
welfare of the community.
